- Advanced: Additional services like escalated technical support, dedicated case management, and bi-annual preventive maintenance
- Elite: Comprehensive support with all Advanced services plus next business day onsite services, monthly preventive maintenance, and advanced deployment options
- Essential: Bundled with Rentalworks Leased Devices
- Advanced: SGD 10 per device per month (minimum 30 devices required to qualify)
- Elite: SGD 25 per device per month (Minimum 30 devices required to qualify)
